Mohammad Ali Karimi Pashaki (Persian: محمد علی کریمی, born on 8 November 1978) is a former Iranian professional footballer, who played as a midfielder. His last club was Iran Pro League's Persepolis. He was the Asian Player of the Year in 2004. He is often referred to as the "Asian Maradona" and is believed to be one of Asia's greatest players. In 2009, the Iranian government forced his retirement.

Club career

Ali Karimi started his career in Fath Football Club and experienced significant improvement during the time he was playing for Persepolis football club.He finished Third Twice with Persepolis F.C. in Asian Club Championship. His good performance for Persepolis and the national side against Asian powerhouses in the World Cup 2002 qualifications, lead to serious interest from the Spanish side, Atlético Madrid, among other European clubs. However, Karimi chose to play in the UAE instead, because according to him he wanted to stay close to Iran. He is one of the best dribblers in Asia. His skills are often compared to those of Diego Maradona and therefore received the title of Asian Maradona from world newspapers.

Persepolis

According to Persepolis officials, "The Reds" have paid $350,000 to Qatar’s Olympic Committee to sign Karimi on a season-long loan. Karimi’s reported monthly salary is in the region of $8,000 a month.

After his return to Persepolis Karimi was obviously a starter on the team and he scored his first goal just two weeks after his return in the most popular match of the season in the Tehran derby. In games that he missed because of injuries, Persepolis had problems on the field but when he was there, the team did really well. His most memorable matches during the 2008/09 season were both games against Esteghlal, second leg match against Paykan and also many matches in the AFC Champions League. Adel Ferdosipour who is a popular soccer commentator in Iran mentioned during the game against Bunyodkor that when Karimi gets himself going, then Persepolis will get going. Despite his great matches he had some problems with Persepolis' chairman Abbas Ansarifard and it's been said that he will not play for Persepolis during the 2009/10 season.

International career

Karimi made his debute for Iran national football team in October 1998 in a match against Kuwait. That same year, he won the Gold Medal with Iran at the 1998 Asian Games. He was also one of Iran's main players in its 2002 FIFA World Cup qualification campaign.

Ali Karimi performed well at the 2004 Asian Cup, where he tied for most goals scored with five. Iran finished third in the overall tournament, behind Japan and China. Due to his strong performance during this tournament, Karimi was given the prestigious Asian Player of the Year award, joining his fellow Iranians, Mehdi Mahdavikia in 2003, Ali Daei in 1999, and Khodadad Azizi in 1996. He also won the 2004 West Asian Football Federation Championship with Team Melli.

He is generally regarded as one of the best players in Iran, along with the Frankfurt rocket, Mehdi Mahdavikia, and Javad Nekounam of Osasuna. He showcased his skills in the Iran-Germany friendly game for Bam victims held in Azadi Stadium in Tehran in October 2004.

Coming off a serious thigh injury, Karimi had a wretched World Cup finals at Germany 2006, with many commentators singling him out as one of the key players who had failed to perform in the tournament. Short on fitness and form, he was unable to exert much influence on proceedings as the Iranians lost 1-3 to Mexico and 0-2 to Portugal. He was substituted in the second half of the Portugal game, and did not play in the 1-1 draw against Angola. Some argue that this was due to his protest to being substituted in the prior match, but Branko Ivankovic (Iran's manager at the time) and other members of the coaching staff have stated that Karimi was asked to go in as a substitute which he refused.

He also played in 2007 Asian Cup but did not perform as well as before. As of January 2008, he has 105 caps (2nd highest) and has scored 35 goals (3rd highest) for Team Melli.

In May 2008, Karimi was banned from playing in the national team after he made numerous criticisms towards the IRIFF in the Ardebil training ground,[5] but has been reinstated in the national squad after intervention from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Hassan Khomeini, the grandson of revolutionary leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.[6]

In October 2008, Karimi retired from Team Melli. This decision has upset many Iranian football fans. In February 2009, Karimi announced that he is ready again to serve his country, if he was to be picked by Team Melli coach, Afshin Ghotbi.

He played in 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification for Team Melli and on 10 June 2009 Karimi scored in a 1-0 victory over U.A.E. to keep Iran`s 2010 FIFA World Cup qualifying hopes alive.

Each episode typically features a primary storyline on the island as well as a secondary storyline from another point in a character's life, though other time-related plot devices change this formula in later episodes. The pilot episode was first broadcast on September 22, 2004, and since then five full seasons have aired. Muslims believe that the present life is a trial in preparation for the next realm of existence. When a Muslim dies, he or she is washed and wrapped in a clean, white cloth (usually by a family member) and buried after a special prayer, preferably the same day. Muslims consider this a final service that they can do for their relatives and an opportunity to remember that their own existence here on earth is brief.

All the Prophets of God called their people to worship God and to believe in life after death. They laid so much emphasis on the belief in life after death that even a slight doubt in it meant denying God and made all other beliefs meaningless.

We also know that these Prophets of God were greatly opposed by their people, mainly on the issue of life after death, as their people thought it impossible. But in spite of opposition, the Prophets won many sincere followers.

The explanation that the Quran gives about the necessity of life after death is what the moral consciousness of man demands. Actually, if there is no life after death, the very belief in God becomes meaningless or even if one believes in God, it would be n unjust and indifferent God, having once created man and now not being concerned with his fate.
Others believe in reincarnation.

Hinduism, other Oriental religions, and the New Age Movement, teach that, after death, we simply are reborn in a different form (higher or lower, depending on how we lived).

Death is a Consequence of Satan's Victory.

Satan tempted Adam and Eve to sin. Death was a punishment for sin, and that death passes to all people. All are subject to death. Death exists because Satan was successful in getting men to sin. So long as death has no remedy, man continues to be burdened by Satan's victory.
Jesus came to bring to nothing the one who has power over death (the devil), so He could deliver man from bondage and the fear of death.

 Love consequence

When I made friend with Enrique, I couldn’t contain myself.

Actually I was walking on air. Every night in my dream I saw him, I felt him. I thought he’d go on. But …

But he was coming the raw prawn with me. He wanted to abuse me.

I knew it. But leaving him wasn’t a piece of cake. I told myself beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A friend of mine told me honestly that make sure of him because if you make a bed you must lie on it. Although I had butterflies in my stomach, I left him. After a few days I regretted what I had done and I started crying a lot. Due to this all my family members gave me cold shoulders and told me you’ve the black sheep of the family, you are clueless that you couldn’t keep your relationship with a guy who has money to burn and he’s rolling in money.

I couldn’t stay home any more so I left home and went to park for a while. While I was sitting there I saw a boy who was a bag of bones. He sat beside me and said:" There, there, don’t cry ". In such a situation I needed a person to whom I bare my heart. I told my story to him and he told me :" Its no use crying over a spilt milk ". He said he has had a situation like mine.

I requested him to tell me his story. And he started in this way:

(("A few months ago I had a girlfriend named Paullina. I liked her. She was so beautiful and attractive but actually not as rich as me. When I made friend with her all my friends got green with envy.

Once a friend of mine cast pearl before swine in the situation that l have gotten out of bed on the wrong side he talked to me a lot. At last I yelled at him "Don’t beat about the bush". Eventually he said: "Believe it or not, Paullina is treacherous. she had seen her with another boy lately".

I said : "It is impossible." I asked who had seen her. But he said

“A little bird has told me.”

He answered : “Impassible is impassible.” She’s not your real friend she just wants your money.

I couldn’t believe my ears but I believed… and I stopped my relationship with her for good. Yesterday she came to me and said: "I cross my heart and hope to die, I’m not a back-stabber and they’ve just pulled your legs because of envy and my heart is bleeding for you. Never forget that every cloud has a silver lining ". When I probed about it I understood she’s honest and my friends were to blame.

I asked her for resuming the relationship again. But she rejected me. Now you tell me what I should have done?))

I couldn’t tell him any pieces of advice but we talked to each other a lot and spent a few hours together till night. At last he thanked me from the bottom of his heart. We told each other never say die. We said good-bye and we kept our finger crossed for each other.

I crossed my heart and hope to die not to believe my eyes and my ears .

((BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY))

Believe it or not, a leopard can’t change it’s spots. THat’s why, I made friend with Alex (the guy who I met in the park). He said great things about me although I said spare my blushes. But he doesn’t stop it. I know that I shouldn’t count my chickens before they’re hatched. And Alex is a carbon copy of Enrique but beggars can’t be chooser.

Somebody sent me a message under the title of "خرخون" & asked me the ways to be successful & be able to get 20 at uni & 100 in the institute.  If you are longing for success, read the following article thoroughly. If there is anything you want to mention about this article go to "نظر دهيد".

If you want to be successful, follow these rules:

  1. Never have any friends. Friends just waste your time. You can climb the ladder of success on your own.

  1. Always be proud of yourself. Believe nobody is better than you.

  1. Plan your work & work your plan.

  1. Plan excessively; if you lose you only lose your plans. Remember only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly. Success & failure are two sides of one coin.

  1. Be more concerned with your character than your reputation. Your character is what you really are while your reputation is merely what others think you are. Always be yourself instead of pretending to be somebody else.

  1. Never do something or do it perfectly. Let nothing stop you from trying, once you start doing something. Try, try & try again.

  1. Never forget who you were, who you are & who you are going to be.

  1. Try to know lots of people. Try to use them all. Everybody offers you a new opportunity. Never waste your opportunities. Remember opportunity seldom knocks twice. So be sure to make the best use of every opportunity.

  1. Try to have what you like or you have to like what you have. Never give up. Once you want to have something, achieve it at any cost.

  1. Remember that life is like playing chess. If you play poorly you lose, if you play well everyone tries to defeat you.
